The Tuscany landscape is famous for its rolling hills, dark green cypresses, clay colored farmhouses. In spring the landscape is green, in late summer however, the colors of the hills are mostly yellow and the fields after harvest have beautiful textures. Ponds and creeks with their trees and plants create green spots in the landscape. Enjoy the gallery.

These summer sceneries were made during our time with Italian photographer Alessandro Salvini, who passed away in December 2021. He was a photographer specializing in animals, especially birds, offered photo shoots to photographers, and had a photo gallery and studio in Volterra, Tuscany. It was a pleasure exploring the Tuscan landscape in the Volterra area with him. The colors, textures, and contours of these serene landscapes are amazing.

Photographing landscapes can be an ethical task. Here you will find the reasoning.
